Here is some information regarding our policies for aquarium retailers:

• Reef Nutrition products are sold directly to retailers, not through distributors. This guarantees you will receive absolutely fresh products and excellent customer service.
• 
  Reef Nutrition products are harvested at our farm and shipped fresh to retailers on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Live products are never more than 7 days old from harvest, and usually shipped within 24-96 hours after harvest.
• 
  Our products are shipped from San Jose, California using DHL Overnight or 2 day service. We get very good rates from DHL and pass them along to you to keep shipping very inexpensive.
• 
  The minimum order quantity is 1 bottle and you can order as often as needed. Larger orders save you money on shipping and packaging materials.
  Terms are Net 30 or Credit Card.
• 
  Documentation requirements are a copy of your business license or resale license.
• 
  Product Prices - Reef Nutrition products must consistently be sold at a minimum of our Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price. Stores may periodically sell below MSRP for special events or sales.
• 
  We do provide free bottles of our products for store use. Quantities vary depending on the size of your order.
• 
  Product images can be freely downloaded by our retailers for marketing use at www.Reef-Nutrition.com/logos.
• 
  Starting in November 2006 we will have a beautiful display refrigerator available. This refrigerator has a small footprint but holds a LOT of product - up to $6,000 worth of Reef Nutrition products at full retail value! Due to the large capacity of refrigerator we encourage you to also store your other refrigerated products (non Reed Mariculture) in our refrigerator.
  
  • The dimensions on the refrigerator are
    • Height 32"
    • Width 22"
    • Depth 24" (+ a minimum 4 inches in the back for air circulation)
      
  • Refrigerator Cost - The Reef Nutrition refrigerator can be purchased under two plans plus shipping costs (generally around $200.00):
    • An initial order of at least $500 and a commitment to purchase at least $300 / month for the next year (1 bottle per day), then it's all yours.
    • 1 time payment of $900
